Chef Stewart Middlemiss has been cooking professionally for 25 years in kitchens ranging from offshore gas rigs to high end catering in places such as Ivy Events in Sydney.
Now he's all about creating delicious hand made food for people from the Mid North Coast, Port Macquarie, Armidale, Coffs Harbour, Yamba and everywhere in between to create those special events for friends, family and colleagues.
